The Red Sox rolled into Moose Jaw to play the Express for the 11th and final time Thursday Night! The Trans Canada Clash trophy was on the line as well as securing the East Division Pennant. Regina pounded out a crazy 25 hits on their way to a 21-9 victory. Both the Sox and Express have one game left each and could potentially be tied in the win/loss column but Regina would get first place based on their head to head record of 6-5 thanks to last nights win! Offensively Regina had Christopher Munoz (HR) and Diago Aragon both have 4 hit nights. Dylan Edmands (HR), Mike Kenney and Jackson Alaniz had 3 hit nights and the rest of the lineup all chipped in with hits.

Klevert Martina started for Regina and admittingly didn’t have his best stuff but battled through innings 1-3 before shutting Moose Jaw down in his final 2 innings. Kade Douglas pitched the middle allowing 2 runs on 2 hits and Braden Houston pitched the 8th and 9th allowing 3 runs on 6 hits.

Regina is home to Swift Current Tonight for their last regular season gameĀ  (Regina Plumbing and Heating Fan Appreciation Night.) The game will feature post game fire works and prize give a ways. First pitch 7:05 PM . You can purchase tickets for Friday nights game and game 1 of the playoffs Monday Night vs Medicine Hat Mavericks here: https://tickets.reginaredsox.com
