Join the Red Sox Rally Crew and be part of Regina’s rich baseball tradition! The Regina Red Sox are calling all dedicated community members to volunteer for the 2026 season. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the game, there’s a place for you in our Rally Crew lineup.
As volunteers, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional game day experience for thousands of fans throughout the season. From the crack of the bat to the final out, your contribution helps keep the magic of WCBL baseball alive at Currie Field.

REQUIREMENTS
To become a Red Sox Volunteer, we require:
- Completion of all volunteer documentation, including a criminal record check.
- Complete an interview with the Volunteer Coordinator.
- Training and support will be provided for all jobs.
- Produce a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
All volunteers will be asked to complete an evaluation questionnaire after the season is over.
2026 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
| 50/50 SALES (1 – 2 per game)
· Be ready to work 30 minutes before game time. · Sell tickets during the breaks until the 6th inning. · Complete and reconcile ticket sales.

2nd RAFFLE TICKETS (1 –2 per game)
· Be ready to work 30 minutes before game time. · Sell until the 4th inning. · Complete and reconcile.

| USHERS (Host) (4 per game)
· Start no later than 90 minutes before game time. · Greet our guests and direct people to the correct seats, washrooms, concessions, beer shack and souvenirs shacks.

PARKING – VIP NORTH LOT (3 per game)
· Shifts start 2 or 2 ½ hours prior to game time until 60 minutes after game starts. · Make sure other groups are not in the parking lot. · Direct fans to park appropriately VIP parking is for people with the appropriate passes. |
| PARKING – FREE PARKING KAPLAN LOT (2 OR 3 per game)
· Volunteer at the parking lot gate will answer questions on gates and check for parking passes. · Other volunteers will make sure that people park properly.

MAIN GATE CASHIERS (2 per game)
· Start 90 minutes before game time until up to 90 minutes after game starts. · Sell tickets and manage Will Call. · Reconcile and cashout.

| MAIN GATE SCANNERS (2 per game)
· Start 90 minutes before game time until up to 90 minutes after game starts. · Put up stanchions. · Greet guests,and scan tickets. · Direct the guests to their seats if necessary.

EAST GATE SCANNERS (1 – 2 per game)
· Greet ticket holders and scan the tickets. · Manage baseball teams and groups with tickets. · Direct people to help prevent lineups when required.

| BAR SALES (2 cashiers, 1 Supervisorper game)
· Start 60 minutes prior to game time. · Organize alcohol, ice, etc. · Keep serving area and shack clean.

MERCH TRAILER/STORE (2 per game)
· Shift starts one hour before the game starts. · Assist customers with purchase. · Count cash, and complete reconciliation form.

| CHAUFFEURS (3 per game)
· Greet and drive people from the parking lots to the entrance of the stadium.

MISCELLANEOUS
· On very busy nights, direct people to help prevent lineups when required. · Assist game day staff with handouts and activations. KIDS ZONE (2 – 3 volunteers for 7 Sunday afternoon games)

- How many hours do I have to commit?
* A minimum of 7 games per season (25%).
- Why do I need to complete a Criminal Record Check?
* Completing a criminal record check helps ensure the safety and security of the Regina Red Sox organization, participants, and spectators.
- After applying to volunteer, when will I receive additional information?
* An email will be sent upon successful completion of your application.
- Is there an age requirement to join the Red Sox Rally Crew?
* Minimum age of 14
* Youth aged 14–17 may volunteer independently, with a signed parent/guardian consent form.
