Red Sox Base Camp is your child’s opportunity to train alongside the people who live and breathe this game. Led by Red Sox management, coaches, and college players, Base Camp is designed to give young athletes aged 8 to 14 a true taste of what it means to play at the next level—all in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Whether your player is picking up a glove for the first time or looking to sharpen the skills that’ll take them farther in their favourite game, Base Camp meets them where they are and pushes them to level up.

Who Is This For?
Players aged 8 to 14 years of age. All skill levels welcome.
What Will Players Learn?
Each session is designed to develop the core fundamentals of the game:
- Hitting | Mechanics, timing, and bat control
- Throwing | Arm strength, accuracy, and proper mechanics
- Catching | Fielding, footwork, and positioning
- Pitching | Delivery, control, and confidence on the mound
Sessions are run by Red Sox coaches, management, and players, giving your young athlete direct, hands-on instruction from experienced baseball minds who know what it takes to compete.
