On a cool night that threatened rain the Red Sox won game two of the 2 game series against league leader Okotoks Dawgs with a dramatic 12th inning walk off win.  Nate Back was the hero of the night when he singled to right field and scored Chase Taylor who had started at 2nd base for the international  tie breaker sequence. Chase Taylor and Max Lecroy advanced to 3rd and 2nd base after a passed ball with Michael Zinter at the plate. With the bases loaded Nate Bach singles to RF and ended the game!

The Red Sox pitching was once again very stellar. John Henry started pitching 6.2 innings and allowed 3 runs (1 earned) on 7 hits and SO 2 Dawgs batters. The Sox defense was solid all night. Hunter Smith pitched 2.1 Innings allowing 0 runs on 2 hits. Levent Eldem and Zane Pollon were fantastic in the extra innings pitching out of the jams caused by starting the innings with runners on first and 2nd base which eventually allowed the Sox to win the game in the bottom of the 12th inning.

Offensive stars of the game were Nate Bach 2 for 4 with 2 RBI and the walkoff hit in the bottom of the 12th. The Red Sox only had 7 hits in the game and got singles from Max Lecroy, Dylan Edmands, Mike Kenney and Kirsten Vasquez. The Sox play Sylvan Lake Gulls at Currie Field tonight.
